Upcoming Events at ACLAÍ
If you have been thinking of starting personal training this is the perfect opportunity to start as we are currently offering our personal training members a free place on our in-jouse nutrition course. This is a four week course in practical nutrition, running from 7pm-8pm on Tuesdays, and starting on the 23rd of April.
Join us for our friendly and informal book club meet-up in the social space at ACLAÍ. Books vary from month to month, and everyone is welcome to attend even if you have not read the book. Meetings usually consist of a nice cup of tae or coffee, and good chats. This is an open event, and everyone is welcome, regardless of whether you are training with us at ACLAÍ. We are running a back pain workshop in ACLAÍ combining both practical and theory elements. I am going to cap attendance at 15 places, and it is open to any friends in Cork who are dealing with intermittent or ongoing back pain. This is not a not a commercial workshop, but more of a positive contribution to the Cork tribe, and there will be no charge or fee for attending.
