This relaxing and yoga based session with Victoria will begin with some breathing exercises - calming the mind and central nervous system and bringing our awareness inward before moving into a guided meditation. After the guided meditation there will be a (mixed ability) flow class. As we go through a sequence of physical poses we will begin to connect our movement with our breath and our body with our mind. Reset. Unwind. Go-inward. Self-love. Move. Love. Relax. Breath. Release. Reconnect. Self-awareness. Time.
