6 Week Monday Movement Course

To get 2018 off to a great start, take part in our 6 week Monday Movement course with the amazing Sarah Anderson.In this course Sarah will bring you through a wide range of movements from mobility flows, hand balancing, locomotion, and partner work, and you will leave each session feeling great.

Spaces are limited in this course so that we can ensure that each participant gets the right amount of care and attention during each class, and every level is welcome whether you are just starting out or are an experienced mover. The first session is on at 8pm Monday the 8th of January 2018, and each Monday at 8pm thereafter. The sessions last 60 minutes.
