A Bit About Our Philiosophy at ACLAÍ
Our training approach is influenced by the world of strength and conditioning, movement training, and our years of experience of helping our members achieve their goals, regardless of where we are starting from. It boils down to providing your with a program that fits with your individual goals and level of ability, and allows you to progress in the most effective way. Our training sessions are generally 60 minutes long, and are always under the guidance of an ACLAÍ coach. We favour habit based nutrition and sustainable training methods over fads and crazy workouts. While you will always be working hard while training with us, it won’t end in injury, as your program will br professionally guided and will suit your goals.
