Summer Academy for 12-17 Year Old GAA Players

DO YOU WANT TO TRAIN LIKE AN INTER- COUNTY STAR UNDER TOP STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING COACHES THIS SUMMER?

Fast forward your development as a GAA player by joining the ACLAÍ Summer Academy and training with the Strength and Conditioning Coaches of the Cork Senior Football Team.

At ACLAÍ we train athletes, and we do a damn good job at it! Thats why some of the best athletes in the country train with us. Our current clients include national champions in swimming, triathlon, duathlon, golf, running, and also many elite GAA players. We even have our own Elite Strength and Conditioning Squad! More importantly, we are sports scientists at ACLAÍ, and have a vast experience in coaching youth athletes. We build programs to suit the age of the athletes, and make sure that everything is carried out in a safe and effective manner. Our approach is holistic, and we always combine physical training with nutrition information, and tips on how to best prepare for competition.

The ACLAÍ Summer Academy will be headed up by ACLAÍ owner and Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the Cork Senior Footballers, Ainle Ó Cairealláin and his team of expert sport scientist coaches. Academy members will undergo training at the very cutting edge of sports performance science, with a direct focus on age specific training, constant supervision and progression, and teaching every attendee of the sumer camp the techniques of weight training, preparation for performance, and nutrition. The ACLAÍ Summer Academy will set each young player up for a success in sport by teaching all attendees how to avoid injury and burnout, and constantly improve performance.

    I have 2 boys , they will be aged 14&15 this August. I would love them both to go through a week or two of top class Gaelic football training/fitness/nutrition work. They would enjoy the discipline and get an understanding of what it takes to get the most out of their sport and learn good values.
