I started training with ACLAÍ Health and Facing into a long off-season I wanted to maximise the benefit I would get from going to the gym. I didn’t just want a standard program that I would get easily bored with and after some research ACLAÍ was recommended to me.
I have been thrilled with my results so far – after three months training I have lost 8% body fat and gained over 6Kgs in lean muscle mass.
