My favourite thing about training with ACLAÍ was that while you are sticking to a very well supervised programme, they also include different approaches to training for one to try. These can be diet approaches, weights techniques, core programmes etc. They are always looking for an edge.
I would recommend any player to train at ACLAÍ. They have great facilities and a great team. Their gym is up to date and they are continuously introducing new equipment and materials to work with their athletes.
