My ultimate health and fitness goal when I joined ACLAÍ was to strengthen my core and lower body to make sure I will stay injury free for the triathlon season. What I enjoy most about training at ACLAÍ is both the happy atmosphere and the professional approach to training. It will sound funny but my greatest achievement since training at ACLAÍ was to be able to do a full single leg squat!
To someone who was considering training at ACLAÍ, I would say go for it! No matter what your training goal is, you can reach it with the help of ACLAÍ and have good fun in the meantime!
