My ultimate health and fitness goal when I joined ACLAÍ was to gain strength and to rectify a reoccurring shoulder injury. What I enjoy most about training at ACLAÍ are the coaches and overall atmosphere in the gym. There’s a great work ethic there with stellar coaches and trainers. My greatest achievements from training at ACLAÍ have been improving my personal best times in swimming whilst gaining mobility and strength in my shoulder. I would highly recommend ACLAÍ, not just for their well-equipped gym but also for their dedicated coaches and effective training programmes.
