The reason I came to train at ACLAI was to lose weight initially, to gain self confidence, which I have, and it’s been all good so far.

I’m down 2 stone in weight. I find the one-to-one training with the coaches fabulous. I would say for anyone considering training at ACLAÍ to go for it. It’s not daunting like most gyms where you can feel self-conscious. I’ve adopted the ACLAÍ nutrition advice and it’s all good!
