From time to time, I will dip the toe into the ocean of conventional weight loss on the internet, and it never fails to surprise me the amount of ‘cac-bó’ that is out there. Let me highlight some of what I am talking about for you. When you search for weight loss Ireland, the top page contains:

‘Fat Binder and Carb Blocker’

Nupo Rapid Weight loss Diet

Weightwatchers

The Gastric Band Pill

Lose Weight With Hypnotherapy

 

I intentionally did not link to the sites as I don’t want to be in any way responsible for promoting any of the above due to our absolute polar opposite views on how ‘weight loss’ should be achieved.

 

It can be attractive to be presented with a modern new way of losing weight that didn’t exist before because the science wasn’t there or we were not as advanced as a species. If we were so smart, we wouldn’t have an obesity epidemic tearing through the men women and children of this country, and the rest of the western world.

 

100 years ago we didn’t have the same health problems as we do now, and as a matter of fact, we are dealing with health problems today that are well within our own control. But you know what they say, ‘if you cant beat ‘em join ‘em’. So I have put together a revolutionary new diet that will change your life  for the better FOREVER if you follow it for a year. If this diet doesn’t work for you, I will eat my hat. No joke.

 

Our diet is called the ‘To Hell With Diets Diet’, and comes with the following instruction.

 

  1. Eat at least 2 palm fulls of fresh vegetables with each meal.
  2. Eat at least 1-2 palm fulls of a protein-based food (meat/ fish/ eggs) with each meal.
  3. Drink 3 liters of water per day.
  4. Do strength training 3 times per week
  5. Do some form of aerobic training for 3 more days of the week.
  6. Eat 1-2 pieces of fruit per day
  7. If it is processed (comes in a packet with a list of ingredients) do not eat it.
  8. Do not use table salt
  9. Sleep for 8 hours per night
  10. Eat/drink whatever you want 1 meal per week

 

That’s it in a nutshell. I guarantee you that this will work. Further, I can sit here an honestly give you this advice with an absolutely clear conscience because all the food above is totally natural,  I am not selling any of the foods above and therefore have no vested interest that you eat (aka buy) them, and I have helped so many people in the past that I can say with absolute confidence that the system that I have briefly described here will bring improved heath, fat loss, increased energy, better sleep, and overall more happiness. I don’t think it requires more explanation. The only thing to do now is take action. Remember, the system is simple, but not necessarily easy to follow through. You need determination, guidance, and the will to improve. However, you can rest assured that it’s a good honest system that will not fail so good luck!
