Time left to lift-off
In 2010, I picked up a dreaded hip injury, the plague of many a GAA player, that put me out of the game for just about 3 years, and brought me all the way around the globe during the rehab process. I have since helped many GAA players get back on the field after groin or hip injuries and surgeries through progressive strength and movement training. In this workshop, I will share the concept of rehabbing injuries through building a quality movement practice, where to start with rehab exercises, and how to integrate rehab and long term hip health into your regular on-field and gym training.
The facility is in the Crawford Business Park, on Bishop Street. Past the flying Enterprise Bar, going towards St Finbarr's Cathedral. You will see an Italian Restaurant/Cafe called Tiramisu, and the training facility is in the business park just after Tiramisu on the right hand side.
