Want to feel like Superman or Wonder woman for the day, try this killer smoothie. This Green smoothie is my life saver. If I have to get in a quick breakfast in before my 6am session, this is my go too. Keeps me full and I feel great after getting them greens, proteins and healthy fats in first thing in the morning.

Ingredients

  • Handful of kale
  • Handful of spinach
  • ½ an avocado
  • Tblsp of almond/peanut butter
  • 100g cottage cheese
  • 1 scoop of whey protein
  • Cinnamon
  • 250ml of Almond milk (milk of choice)
  • Ice

Recipe

Place Ice, milk, kale and spinach in blender and blend until smooth. (No one wants chunks of kale or spinach)

Add the rest of ingredients and blend until smooth again, pour into a large class, sprinkle with cinnamon and enjoy.
