A must buy for ye guys aiming to increase your protein intake is Liberte Greek Yogurt. In a 100g serving there is almost 10g of protein. It is a low density food (large volume and low calories) that is on my shopping list every week. Perfect for when you are feeling peckish, this will fill you right up. Try to opt for this option rather than other flavored yogurts which generally contain greater sugar content.

 

Ingredients

  • 150g of Liberte Greek Yogurt
  •  1 tblsp of almond butter
  • A few of your favourite berries (blueberries, strawberries, raspberries)
  • A small sprinkle of whey protein (optional)
  • Cinnamon

 

Recipe

Pretty straight forward, mix it all together and eat up.
