I started training with ACLAÍ Health and Performance because I wanted to get lean and achieve my sporting goals for 2014. As a result of my training I am much stronger, I have greater functional strength, and my glutes and quads feel great!

I love the way the exercises work a range of muscles and slings. Working the full body, and focusing on running/biking slings particularly. The stretching element for warm up is great.
