My ultimate health and fitness goal when I joined ACLAÍ was to become healthy, fit and strong and to lose weight and I actually did! What I enjoy most about being an ACLAÍ member is the sense of teamwork and the support I get from the ACLAÍ coaches. They never let me down.
My greatest achievement from training at ACLAÍ was starting to push the heavy sled by myself! My shoulders were very weak before, now they are strong enough!
