At Aclai we believe in eating 1 ingredient foods, food from the land. Food that was put here for us to feed on. So ditch the cornflakes and toast and feast on meat, eggs and avocado to kick start your day.

For meat, pick as you like, any clean cuts of meat such as beef, pork, salmon, chicken, turkey etc. and some rashers won’t kill you if it makes the job easier, it sure as hell beats the special k!!!

Cook your eggs as you like, boiled, poached, fried, or scrambled; switch it up, keep it interesting.

Finally slice that glorious avocado down the centre, scoop out the seed and enjoy your new favourite breakfast option.

It’s not just a healthier option to cereal and toast, it’s more satisfying and the taste is so much greater I can simply not compare.

Just a quick word of caution: depending on goals, gender and body composition portion size will vary. Just something to keep in mind. We don’t want an 80kg female looking to lose some body fat polishing off a 1000 calorie breakfast every morning.
