Everyone loves a good BLT right? Well why not fit this BLT and egg breakfast into your bank of healthy breakfast ideas. Easy peasy, tasty and loaded with goodness.
- 2-3 Rashers
- 4 Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 handful of mixed leaf salad
- 2-3 eggs
- Put rashers under a hot grill and cook on each side for approx. 3 minutes
- Scramble eggs in a microwave bowl, cook for 1 minute, scramble again and repeat for a short period of time depending on how many eggs and power of microwave. Repeat until eggs are cooked.
- Chop tomatoes.
- Place mixed leaves and tomatoes on a plate and top with rashers and scrambled egg.
Eat up guys and nourish that body.
