This one is for you guys on the rush that need to get those calories in. This meal is nothing fancy but one I love that is pretty much like a dessert. It’s an ideal post workout meal or an excellent one for the “hard gainers”. So I’m going to hit you up with some starts about this big bowl of GAINS.


Prep time – 3  minutes

Calories – 670-700 depending on brands used

Protein – 57g

Carbs – 70g

Fats – 15g

Macro Ratio – 35:45:20 Pro:Carb:Fat



  • 1 scoop of whey protein
  • 50g of oats
  • 250g of Liberte Greek Yogurt
  • 1 banana
  • 1 tblsp of peanut butter
  • Cinnamon



  • Cook oats with water for 2 minutes in the microwave
  • Chop banana
  • When oats are cooked mix in whey protein
  • Add Greek yogurt, peanut butter, banana and cinnamon.
