This Beef/Chicken Satay dish will be your saviour next time you are craving a Chinese take away. As always this recipe is easy and tasty, and can be cooked and plated up in 10 minutes flat. Give it a go and let me know how you get on, always appreciate the feedback.
Red Bell Papper
Put on your rice of choice and allow to boil.
Slice up the steak into strips
Chop all veggies
Heat coconut oil in Wok or frying pan and add onions and garlic to suatte.
Add steak and allow to brown
Add all chopped veggies and allow to cook for 5 minutes
In a bowl add a tblsp of peanut butter, tsp of soy sauce and boiling water, mix all together until all smooth. Add the satay sauce to the Wok.
Stir and allow to cook for a further 2 minutes.
When the rice is cooked serve up and enjoy.
