Be ready to be amazed. This is one of the easiest and tastiest recipes you will ever come across. The Protein Chia seed pudding is super healthy, indulgent and can easily fit into your everyday nutrition. Try this out and experiment with different flavours and add ins, the options are limitless. Perfect for a night time snack, a healthy dessert or even for breakfast if you fancy it.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Chia Seeds

¼ cup of greek yogurt

¼ cup of almond milk (any milk will do)

1 scoop of your favourite whey protein

Cinnamon (to taste)

Stevia (to taste)

 

Recipe

Simple mix all ingredients together unlit all ingredients are evenly mixed and wet.

Place in the fridge for at least 4 hours, ideally overnight (the wait is worth it)

 

The pudding can be topped with whatever you like, I used almond butter and coconut, other ideas may be berries and honey, greek yogurt and cocoa etc.
